Gonna Try Something Different

So, being a busy mom kind of puts a hindrance on my savings tracker. I started off by tracking my changes by entering it in the database after I changed a diaper. The problem is with this is I’m almost always forgetting to do it, which is affecting the tracker; it’s not accurate! I’ve decided to do it differently. Instead of tracking my diapers after every change, I’m going to do track it by counting the diapers on laundry day. I can count how many diapers I wash, and then enter them in that way. So, if you’ve obsessively been tracking the changes along with me you’re going to see the tracker change every day that I do laundry versus real time.
It’s been kind of annoying trying to remember to push in the diaper changes several times a day. By counting the diapers on laundry day, it will allow me to present the most accurate amount of changes. And it will also keep me from going insane from going “Doh, I forgot to input the last changes, AGAIN.”
I’ve got a load of diapers currently washing. The last diaper change I did this morning was done singularly; but starting with the rest of his changes, I’m only going to be updating the tracker every two or three days depending on when I do laundry. This will also require me to ask Jeff to change how I put it into the database, but hopefully he’ll be nice and do it for me.
